Some of the highlights of his hospitality career entailed becoming Chief Concierge and Guest Services Manager in luxury hotels, including the Four Seasons-San Francisco, Four Seasons-Santa Barbara, St. Regis San Francisco, and Ojai Valley Inn & Spa. His exceptional customer service skills garnered the attention of many, and in 2003, Michael had the privilege of becoming a member of the professional concierge association Les Clefs d'Or USA ("Gold Keys").
